    Цель урока 
    познавательный аспект: формирование грамматических навыков – фразовые глаголы для описания отношений людей
    развивающий аспект: овладение учащимися художественными образами и выра­зительными свойствами языка для выражения своих мыслей
    воспитывающий аспект: формирование уважительного отношения к семье и семейным ценностям
    Задачи урока 
    - отработка лексико-грамматического материала (фразовые глаголы)
    - развитие умений анализировать и сопоставлять художественные средства изучаемого языка.
    - развитие умения навыков чтения вслух.
    Планируемые результаты 
    Предметные: совершенствование грамматических навыков, монологической речи, Метапредметные: умение определять понятия, строить логическое рассуждение.
    Личностные: формирование осознанного, уважительного и доброжелательного отношения к другому человеку.
    Техническое обеспечение урока проектор, компьютер.
    Дополнительное методическое и дидактическое обеспечение урока (возможны ссылки на интернет-ресурсы) карточки с текстом и заданиями, презентация к уроку.
    
    Содержание урока
    
    I Орг момент.
    Hello, dear friends. How are you today? What are your plans after the lessons?
    
    II Речевая зарядка
    Can you give English definitions to the words from the previous lesson?
    Helpline, bullying, confidential, fundraise, volunteering, charity.
    
    III Проверка домашнего задания
    Please, present the information about your charity
    Учащиеся презентуют информацию о благотворительных организациях.
    
    IV Постановка темы, цели, задач урока
    Look at the screen. There is a popular saying but it is not completed. 
    A father is someone you look up to…
    
    Can you think about the ending?
    
    Thank you for your ideas. Now look at the whole saying. Do you understand it?
    A father is someone you look up to, no matter how tall you are. 
    What is “look up to”?
    Are there any people you look up to?
    So today we are going to speak about people you admire, or look up to.
    The aim is: to learn how to tell about a person you admire.
    The tasks:
    To learn some new vocabulary
    To do some exercises
    To give a short comment into a social net about the topic.

    You are going to read the text about personality. (Учащиеся читают текст вслух)
    Personality
    Some of us seem to be infinitely kind, while others seem to look down on everyone around them. Some of us never forget an argument, while others make up and forgive easily. As we grow up, our personality develops and we find that we get on with certain people more than others. Who we are seems to have a large genetic element, but is also influenced by those who bring us up. If we look up to our parents or other family members, we may want to be like them On the other hand, if our parents seem to put us down all the time and we fall out with them a lot, then perhaps we will develop quite different personalities.
    Look at the highlighted words. Can you match them with their meaning?

    Open your books on page 33. ex.8. here is one more phrasal verb. Work in pairs. Use your dictionaries to complete the sentences with the prepositions.

    VII Развитие умений использовать новый лексико-грамматический материал в Письменной речи.
    Look at the sentence from the text. Do you agree with it? Give your arguments.
    Who we are is influenced by those who bring us up.
    Can you say that you look up to your parents? Why?
    Can you ask your parents for help if someone puts you down?
    Do you get on well with your parents?
    Are there any other people you look up to?
    Look at the screen. You can see a page on a teens’ blog. Can you write your comments? Please, use the vocabulary of the lesson. You have 10 minutes.
    
    Being a teenager is not easy… But the things are much better when you have a person you look up to! For me it’s my Daddy! He is so cool! We really get on! We can discuss any problems and he gives me pocket money when I ask. What about you, guys??? Please, give your comments! Are there any people you admire?
