    Цели урока:
    социокультурный аспект — знакомство с некоторыми факторами влияния различных продуктов на здоровье, с проблемами различных диет для подростков, правилами здорового образа жизни;
    развивающий аспект —  развитие способностей к переключению внимания в упражнениях в разных видах речевой деятельности;
    воспитательный аспект — формирование критического осмысления и понимания проблем правильного питания и здорового образа жизни; 
    учебный аспект — формирование лексических и грамматических навыков говорения; организация диалогических высказываний по теме. 
    Задачи урока: 
    - развивать устно-речевые умения учащихся;
    - практиковать учащихся в употреблении слов, относящихся к теме «Еда»;  
    - совершенствовать лексико-грамматические навыки по теме; 
    - организовывать диалогические высказывания по теме;
    - совершенствовать коммуникативные навыки учащихся по теме.
    Планируемые результаты: 
    Ученик будет знать:
    - проблемы здоровья, связанные с неправильным питанием;
    Ученик будет уметь:
    - использовать лексику по теме;
    - читать текст с пониманием основного содержания;
    - искать конкретную информацию в тексте.
    Техническое обеспечение урока: проектор, презентация, аудиоприложение.
     Содержание урока:
    I Организационный момент. 
     Т: Good- morning! Sit down, please! 
     II Сообщение целей и задач урока. Целеполагание.
    Т: Today we’ll speak about healthy eating habits and dieting. We will listen, read and talk about healthy and unhealthy food, about problems related to diet, about different health problems and its solutions. (Слайд 1)
     III Фонетическая зарядка.
    T: Look at the blackboard and listen to the poem. . (Слайд 2)
    Robin, Robin, what a man!
    He eats as much as no one can.
    He ate a lot of meat, he ate a lot of fish,
    He ate a lot of ice-cream and a sweet.
    He ate a lot of porridge and ten eggs
    And all the cookies Mother had.
    He drank a lot of juice, he ate a cake
    Then said: “I have a stomachache”.
    Т: Read this poem, please. (T-P1P2). Read it as fast as you can. Good job!
    IV Проверка домашнего задания.
    Т: Now tell me which colour food you ate yesterday. How do you think colour is related to food? Listen to your classmates to find out. (Монологические высказывания детей).
    Now think again of the food you ate yesterday. How healthy do you think it is? (P1P2)
     V Основная часть урока.
    1) Введение и отработка новых лексических единиц по теме.
    Т: You should remember: unhealthy food may cause some health problems. Look at the diagram. Read the words in the left column and try to explain them. . (Слайд 3)
    Suggested answers: 
    Overweight- too fat 
    Underweight-below the normal weight 
    Lack of concentration-not enough of concentration 
    Tiredness-feeling that you want to sleep or rest
    Tooth decay-when tooth are slowly destroyed 
    Frequent illness- being ill very often
     Indigestion- pain that you get when your stomach cannot break down food that you have eaten Dry skin-having no water in skin

    Т: Imagine you have one of the problems in diagram. Use the language box and discuss, as in the example. Work in pairs.
     A: I am overweight! What do you think I should do?
     B: Why don’t you eat less and take regular exercise? 
    A: Sure, why not. I’ll try. (Слайд 6)

     And make my fingers quickly fly
     Then I put them in front of me
     And gently clap: one, two, three.

    T: Sometimes children try to look like models and follow them. Listen to an interview about crash diets and choose the answer (A, B or C) for questions 1-4.

    T: Well, following a diet try not to be too persistent in it. Remember that the best way to health is a balanced eating. Don’t try to look like somebody else, try to be yourself.

     IX. Домашнее задание. 
    Т: Prepare a two-minute talk about improving eating habits. In your speech:
    say why we should have healthy eating habits
    mention the problems connecting with unhealthy diet
    retell how diet can help us, recommend the diet.
