Базовый уровень.
Тема урока. Английский в нашей жизни. Инверсия.
Общее количество часов, отведенное на изучение темы-1час.
Место урока в системе уроков по теме -5 урок.
Цели урока.
Образовательная. Ознакомление и практическое применение учащимися новой грамматической структурой, инверсией. Сформировать умения и навыки учебно-познавательного характера.
Воспитательная. Воспитание интереса к предмету, к учению английской грамматики. Воспитание усидчивости, умения преодолевать трудности, аккуратность при выполнении заданий, силы воли, настойчивости, упорства.
Развивающая. Развитие мотивационных качеств учащихся, мотивы учебной деятельности. Формирование умения логически рассуждать, четко, кратко и исчерпывающе излагать свои мысли.
Задачи урока:
1)познакомить учащихся с законами инверсии;
2)формировать и совершенствовать умения употребления инверсии в речи;
3) Закрепить умения по характеристике порядка слов в предложениях.
Планируемые результаты. Учащиеся смогут ознакомиться и использовать в своей речи предложения с прямым и обратным порядком слов (инверсией). Научатся отличать предложения с инверсионным порядком слов.
Техническое обеспечение урока. Видеофильмы. Аудиозапись.
Дополнительное методическое и дидактическое обеспечение урока (возможны ссылки на интернет-ресурсы).
Содержание урока.
1.Организационный момент (приветствие, проверка готовности к уроку).
T: Good morning. I am glad to see you. Sit down please. I have never had such a nice day. Or shall I say it in some other way. Listen attentively. Never before have I had such a nice day. Have you heard the difference in the first sentence and the second one about the nice day? Were they alike or were they different? How did they sound emphatically or not?
Ss: Something has changed in both sentences. The second one was said by you with the emphasis and some words have changed their places.
2.Постановка цели, задач и темы урока. Речевая зарядка. Фронтальная работа.
T: So you have noticed that the second sentence I pronounced more emphatically and I put the verb before the noun and it is quite unusual for the classical word order in English. What do you think we will study today at the lesson?
Ss: We will study the emphatically built sentences.
Ss: The different word order will be explained by you.
Ss: You will show us the other way of making the sentences.
T: OK. You are right in everything. What will be the aim of our lesson? Why should we study all these things for?
Ss: To enrich our knowledge of English.
Ss: To know something new.
Ss: Maybe it will be useful at our exams.
T: Thank you for your answers. Remember your lessons in Russian. I am sure you had a lesson of inversion. How can you translate the word inversion into Russian?
Ss: It sounds like инверсия.
T: Right you are. The theme of our lesson will be inversion.

T: I have asked you to do ex.7 at page 139 in a written form. Now hand me your copybooks. I will check your homework and give you a mark.
5.Ознакомление с новым грамматическим материалом. Фронтальная работа. Дифференциация.
English is very important in our life. The importance of English in education and student’s life cannot be denied. There are many books that are written in the English language. We can say that it is a universal language. That is why we study it properly and we are going to enlarge our knowledge of it at our lesson.
I have got 2 video films for you to watch about inversion. Try to understand everything what a native speaker will tell you about inversion. Then I will ask you some questions.

T: What is inversion?
Ss: Changing standard word order is called "inversion".
T: How do we change words in the inverted sentences?
Ss: Inversion refers to placing the auxiliary, modal, or main verb before the subject. T: Why do we use inversion in our speech?
Ss: Inversion is used with a certain aim, often for emphasis.
T: OK. Thank you. Now open your textbooks at page 142. Let us read the grammar rule about it. It is exercise 1.
Ss: Учащиеся вслух читают теорию упр. 1 на стр. 142. Для того чтобы задействовать всех учащихся можно предложить им читать теорию по цепочке, слабоуспевающему ученику нужно предложить перевести предложение, которое он прочёл, с целью проверки его понимания прочитанного материала (используем дифференцированный подход в обучении), при необходимости можно попросить других учеников помощь ему в переводе терминов в предложении.
T: You have read the rule. Thank you. I think you have noticed a lot of examples with inversion. Try to make up your own sentences with inversion.
Ss: Ученики по аналогии с правилом составляют свои собственные примеры.
6. Динамическая пауза.
T: Stand up. Come here. I would like to suggest you to do the following task I will divide you into 2 groups. The first group will have the words of the basic word order and the second group will have the words of the inverted word order. The words have been printed by me on the cut sheets of paper. Each group should put the words into a sentence. I will switch on the music you should start doing your task. Ready. Go.
7.Закрепление материала. Актуализация знаний. Фронтальная работа. Дифференциация. Работа в парах. Работа в группах.
T: Now let us return to our inversion. I suggest you to do some exercises at page 142. Do exercise number 2. Complete the sentences using inversion. Make sure the meaning is the same.
Слабоуспевающим учащимся можно предложить выполнить упражнение письменно с ограниченным количеством предложений, например 2-3. В упражнении №2 на стр 142 предложено переделать 7 предложений из обычного порядка слов в инверсионный. К проверке выполненной работы данных учащихся можно и нужно привлечь одаренных детей, которые хорошо успевают по английскому языку. Остальные учащиеся выполняют это упражнение устно, под контролем учителя. Вот, что в итоге у них должно получиться.

T: Thank you. Now we will do exercise №3 at page 142 in pairs. I will explain what you should do. You should complete the task filling in so or nether/nor and the appropriate verb.
Учащие работают с мини диалогами в парах и поставляют нужные формы выражений и глагола. Диалоги, которые должны получиться у учащихся.
Ss:
1. A: I do not feel like going out tonight.
B: Nor do I. Let us rent a DVD and stay in.
2. A: I will book my holiday early this year to get a good deal.
B: That is a good idea. So will I.
3. A: We could not afford to go on holiday this year.
B: Neither we. It is just so expensive.
4. A: We booked direct flights.
B: So did we.
5. A: We never go on holidays without travel insurance.
B: Neither we. You never know when something might go wrong.
T: Thank you for your work. Now I ask you to open Grammar Check at page 178 and we will do exercise 2 in groups. We should divide into 2 groups and each group will have 5 sentences to be done in inversion. We will see which group will be quicker. Try not to make mistakes. Complete the second sentence so that it means the same as the first. Use inversion and up to three words. As soon as you are ready the other group will listen to you and try to find any mistakes. The group will win if you are quick enough and have less mistakes. Good luck.
Класс делится на 2 равноценные группы, группы работают с заданием №2 на стр178. Цель каждой группы справится с заданием без ошибок и с минимальным затраченным количеством времени. Как только одна из групп готова к ответу, вторая группа заканчивает свою работу и слушает ответ первой группы, стараясь найти ошибки в ответах и указать на них соперникам, тем самым заслужить себе дополнительные баллы. Так как каждой группе было предложено выполнить по 5 предложений, то группа соперников может получить себе дополнительные баллы при условии, если они заметят ошибки в речи своих оппонентов.
T: Thank you. This team has won. The score is 7 to 3.
8. Подведение итогов урока.
T: What did we study at our lesson?
Ss: Inversion.
T: Why should we study inversion?
Ss: To enrich our speech.
Ss: To master the language.
T: Did you come to know anything new at the lesson?

Ss: We will do our best.

T: What was difficult for you at this lesson?
Ss: Sometimes it was not easy to see the part of a sentence which should be inverted.
T: What did you like best of all at our lesson?
Ss: Videos and the work in pairs and in groups.
10. Домашнее задание.
T: Your home task will be in your workbook. You should do exercises 1 and 2 at page 62. Be sure to use inversion please.
