Урок 61. Тип урока: урок совершенствования навыка устной речи Цель урока: познакомиться с суевериями, существующими в России и Великобритании, уметь рассказать о них. Задачи: Обучающие: расширение лексического запаса обучающихся знакомство с традициями страны изучаемого языка;введение лексики по теме «Суеверия». Воспитательные :повышение интереса обучающихся к изучению иностранного языка и стране изучаемого языка;воспитание толерантности и уважения к традициям и обычаям англоговорящих стран;воспитание этики. Развивающие: развитие мужкультурной коммуникации;создание благоприятного климата в коллективе и на уроке;развитие творческой деятельности обучающихся;активизация лингвострановедческих знаний по теме «Суеверия». Планируемый результат формирование практических умений использовать полученные знания;-осуществлять монологическое высказывание по теме. совершенствовать навыки аудирования и устной речи. Содержание урока I Организационный момент Good morning, children! Glad to see you again at my lesson. – Who is on duty today? – Who is absent? – What date is it today? II Фонетическая зарядка. Определение темы урока. Постановка цели. Учащиеся читают стихотворение, стараясь прочитать все слова в соответствии с правилами чтения, произнося все звуки правильно. “A mole on the arm can do you no harm, a mole on your lip—you are witty and flip. A mole on your neck brings money by the peck, but a mole on your back brings money by the sack.” What this poem is about? The topic of the poem will be the theme of our lesson. What is the theme of the lesson? Учащиеся пытаются понять содержание стихотворения и определить тему урока, если у учащихся не получается определить тему урока по стихотворению, можно предложить им посмотреть на слайды I suggest you looking at some slides and guess the topic of our lesson Учащиеся смотрят на слайды, на которых изображены различные картинки, обозначающие суеверия и называют тему урока. (презентация к уроку 61) T: Who can name the topic of our lesson? P1: I think, today we are going to speak about different superstitions. T: Yes? Right you are! Superstitions are irrational or unscientific beliefs about things that happen in daily life. They cause us to act in strange ways or believe in unusual things. They have existed for thousands of years, they continue to influence our behaviour. Superstitions vary from country to country and are usually related to things that are thought to bring us either good luck or bad luck. Let’s begin to talk about different superstions in different countries. But first we shall refresh the lexic on the topic III Речевая зарядка T: Would you like to have an oral test at school on Friday 13th? S: No, would not. I think the results would be bad. T:Do you turn around to prevent a black cat from crossing your way? S: No, I don’t. I am not afraid of black cats. T: Do you say, "God Bless you," after somebody sneezes? S: Yes, but I don’t think it is a superstition. I just try to be polite. IV. Аудирование ( с извлечением специфической инофрмации) T: We are Russians, and we know about Russian superstitions. Now, let’s remember some Russian superstitions. Watch a video and make a list of superstitions. (видео к уроку № 61, №1 ) Учащиеся просматривают видеофрагмент о русских суевериях и делают записи T: What superstitions have you heard? What superstitions are there in your list? P1: to find a blossom with 5 or more petals, to ensure safe trip sit on a bag quietly for a few moments P2: step on one’s foot return, greeting someone crossing T: You are absolutely right! But these are not all superstitions. We have got much more. Let’s try to find some more ones. Open your books on page 7 and read some information about it. V. Чтение с извлечением специфической информации T: There is a text about superstitions. Your task is to read it about find out some more Russian superstitions. Учащиеся открывают учебник читают текст и находят суеверия. О которых не говорилось в видеофрагменте,добавляя их в общий список T: What information have you found? P1:to spit over left shoulder to keep away the evil eye P2: to give an odd number of flowers P3; to see a pig on the street Работа над чтением А) предтекстовый этап T: Not only the Russian people have got superstitions but English have got a lot of them. They also can be good or bad. There is a list of British superstitions. Read them attentively and try to predict which ones bring good luck and which ones bad. P1: I think to see a lady bird brings good luck and to put new shoes on the table bad. P2: I am sure breaking a mirror brings bad luck and seeing a rainbow brings a good one. Б) тестовый этап T: Now let’s read the text and check your guesses Учащиеся просматривают видеофрагмент и проверяют свои предположения. ( видео к уроку 61, №2) VI. Динамическая пауза. Физкультминутка для глаз Видео T: Well, we have learnt a lot about Russian and British superstitions. I think, there are some superstitions which have got different meanings in Russia and Great Britain VII Аудирование T: You have got a table with some superstitions. The superstitions are the same but in different countries they have got different interpretation. Listen to the text and try to understand the difference in their interpretation. Учащиеся получают карточки, которые должы заполнить в ходе прослушивания. (Приложение к уроку 61 №1) Учитель читает текст (Приложение к уроку 61 №2) T: What have you learnt? Were you surprised? P1: Yes, I was very much surprised to know that a black cat brings good luck in Great Britain, while in Russia it is considered to be a bad luck. P2: I have watched a lot of films about Great Britain and its traditions and it was not a surprise for me that black ravens bring good luck. T: We have learn a lot about superstitions in Russia and in Great Britain. Let’s sum up all the information and make a story about it. VIII. Совершенствование навыка устной речи ( групповая работа) T: You can work in group. Try to make a story about superstitions in Great Britain and in Russia according to the given plan: 1) The superstitions that have got the same meaning in both countries 2) The superstitions with different interpretation. 3) The superstition(s) that you knew about 4) The superstition that was a surprise for you. You can use: There are a lot of superstitions in both countries. Some of them bring good luck, and some bad. Such superstitions as …….. bring good luck both in …. Superstitions which are considered to bring bad luck are ……. I have watched a lot of films about I have read many books about Russia/ Great Britain My pen pall told me a lot about superstitions in I knew about…. But I was very much surprised ….. while in ….. it means….. T: What can you say about superstitions in different countries and your attitude and opinion about them. Gr1: There are a lot of superstitions in both countries. Some of them bring good luck, and some bad. Such superstitions as to see a rainbow or a ladybird, find a horseshoe bring good luck both in Great Britain and Russia. Superstitions which are considered to bring bad luck are to break a mirror, put new shoes on the table. My pen pall told me a lot about superstitions in Britain I knew that walking under the ladder brings bad luck . But I was very much surprised to know that itching left hand means to lose of money while in Russian it means a great profit. IX Проверка домашнего задания. Проверка домашнего задания базового уровня производится в классе Тетради с домашним заданием повышенного уровня собираются и проверяются учителем. Подведение итогов урока. Рефлексия. Учащимся предлагается ответить на вопросы What have you learn at the lesson? Was it interesting/necessary? T: So, today you ‘ve learnt a lot about superstitions. You tried to tell about them. What can you say about the lesson? Do you like it or not? S1: I like the lesson because I have learnt a lot about superstitions in Great Britain. Some of them were really surprising for me. S2: We had a good chance to compare superstitions in Great Britain and in Russia and it was pretty interesting. S3: I have got a pen pall in Britain and he told me a lot about superstitions in his country, so it was not a surprise. But I had a very good opportunity to share all the information with my classmates. Домашнее задание.
